Child Theme Custom CSS

  I can’t seem to find where to put in custom CSS, either that or it’s not updating properly.
  
  Site is vemapoint.com and I am using a child theme of June.
  
  Under Appearance -> Editor -> June Child style.css has several items in it; but viewing the source and opening the style.css does not reflect the changes.

  You can add custom css from the Customizer directly, just go to: Customizer -> General -> Custom Css
