How did you update theme? Did you just replace it files or used the Envato Market plugin?
The custom code added in Additional Css menu, is stored in the database and no theme update can affect it. Where did you add the custom code?
PS: The online demos are not needed NOR required to be updated to the latest version! This is a demo site. Used to showcase the possible options and layout created with theme. It makes no difference for it to be at the last version.
We will of course update in case any of the pages is not displaying properly the elements it has to show, or it’s not functional.
Where did you had the custom codes added? In Additional Css menu or in theme files directly? Please let us know so we can debug this as the code in Additional Css is not possible to be erased from an update.
