I have an online shop in spain, (www.andamagia.com), and I have a big trouble with the cart. When I put products in the cart, if I go to “my cart”, it doesn’t work. The products doesnt appear in the cart. Is strange because if I go to “checkout”, the products are there, but not in “My cart” for to can change the quantities or delete any product…
You have a very old theme version. The latest version is 1.5. Please update theme and all it’s included plugins (especially Codeless Builder).
Then let us know if the issue persists.
But the problem, is that when I go to the cart, and I push “View cart”, there are two products, that I didn’t put there, and I can’t edit. That’s my real problem, because the clients can’t modify, or delete products in their carts.
