REPLIES showing in code?

  I am trying to respond to open ticket posted. My replies are showing in code? Can you assist? I believe I am not getting a response from support – because of that.

  Please know that we answer to tickets according to their arrival time, the oldest first. The support time is from Monday to Friday 9:00AM-17:00PM (UTC+1).
