Purchased your Tower template. Downloaded it. Tried uploading the Tower .zip file through WordPress….will not upload after at least 30 minutes gives a time out error. “The link you have followed timed out.” Another try gives error: “error 200 OK : The system could not determine if the specified files already exist. Try again with ” Overwrite existing files.” turned on. Also tried uploading the files through ftp.
Nothing seems to be working…either I am stupid or this is different then all the other templates I purchased….
You uploaded it via ftp and then what issue do you have? Do you not see theme in your Themes menu in wordpress at all?
Please send us some valid wp and ftp credentials in a private reply. So we can check this out. Make sure to have enough file upload limit and wp memory limit.
