Hi
1 – My home page slider has 7 images – when viewing it live the slide show does not go past slide number 2. Do you know what is stipping it?
2 – Also the images seem particularly large – I have made them 1600×1065 same as the folie demo. Should they be smaller in dimension?
3 – When viewing the website on a mobile, all pictures are way to big, is there a setting for mobile images to resize?

Morning
All updated and homepage slider still not going past slide 2.
Also with the new look to codeless where can I add additional CSS now – the tab has gone.
Please help urgently.
Also previous issues have not been addressed…

Hello,
1-I forwarded this to theme developer for a more professional review. We’ll check this closely and release an update as soon as we can with it fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
2-The slider background image as set to cover the screen width where they are accessed. It can not be static and keep only the original image width or it would show up bad in some wider screens.
Example: See here a screenshot of how the slider would show if we keep the given width of the image and not customize it to fit the screen.
-> https://ibb.co/mX5wCH
Here the background size is like this:background-size: contain;
instead of ‘Cover’ that is the default style.3-The slider is designed so that it will take up the entire space of the mobile screen. It the image is resized for mobile, it will use little space because most of slide images are landscape. That is why the images are positioned in center, instead of being completely resided and still leave space under the mobile screen height.
To show your images centered in mobile, just change the image position from “Left-top” that is currently to “Center-center” (screenshot)
Best regards!

Hi
The codeless slider is now not working at all – it remains on the first image.I have changes the background.attachment to fixed instead of scroll – is that a problem.
I am still trying to get my home images in codeless slider to display properly. When viewing live they are terribly zoomed in no matter what size computer screen.
these are my codeless background image settings:

Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please check my last reply. First and second point. Regarding the slider images size, please try changing the background size to ‘Contain’ as instructed, instead of ‘cover’. So there won’t be any zooming effect.
Let us know.Best regards!

Ok – there is no background size, just background position that has the options cover or auto.
Do I put it on auto?

Hi there is no option for ‘contain’ – just cover and auto
-
Hello,
You are right. For now please use custom css to set this up.
.cl-row .bg-layer { background-size: contain !important; }
I have notified the developer. We will add the additional attribute int he next theme update.
Best regards!

Hello,
Sorry for the wait.
This is actually a bit complicated. Until we can get back with an update, please change the effect used in the slider. See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/91xokh697/
This should fix it. or use another slider from the provided slider plugins (Layoutslider, Revolution slider)Thank you for your patience.
Best regards!
