Do you have any actual issue with the site apart from the notification in Appearance > Themes?
Please try re-uploading theme and child-theme from a fresh downloaded version. Save a backup of the current files if you have made any direct changes to them.
Let us know.
You can install either the Child theme or the Main theme. Both work fine. As for the screeshot provided above can you please re-upload it cause i can’t open it. Sorry for the late reply.

Please go to wp-content/themes using a ftp account or cpanel and make sure there are no additional folders except from the ‘tower‘ theme and ‘tower-child‘ theme folders. These two folders are already showing up correctly as you can see from this screenshot: https://ibb.co/dpVzCS
However, this does not affect in no possible way the site look and functionality.

Hello,
The latest version is indeed 2.3. We will update the change log soon.
I see you have two theme folders , tower and tower1. You can keep them both and you can switch from one version to another to your wish. There is not problem with that.
