Hi there,
when I’m in the edit mode of a page and try to enter customization via button click on “CUSTOMIZE PAGE & OPTIONS”, I get following error:
“Fatal error: Class ‘Kirki_Control_Base’ not found in /[…]/htdocs/[…]/wp-content/themes/folie/includes/codeless_customizer/codeless_controls.php on line 25
The class file exists on the server and has sufficient rights to execute, read and write. Any idea what might be wrong? Theme is updated to version 2.0. I’m using a child theme and have all theme plugins activated and updated.
System status is not showing anything misconfigured.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Make sure to disable all the third party plugins and re-check if everything is resolved. If not can you please add some valid wp credentials in your profile data extra fields? So we can give this a closer look.
Read this article for more information.Best regards!

Hi Medrit,
I have disabled all third party plugins, but to no avail. The plugins don’t seem to be the culprit. I still got the error message-
Please have a closer look–I added the wp credentials to my profile.
Best regards,

Hello,
I uploaded a fresh copy of the folie/includes/codeless_customizer folder. The old folder is renamed as ‘codeless_customizer2‘. I installed the recommended plugin “Codeless Visual Composer Backend“.
The customizer is being loaded without any issues now. See a screenshot of it from my side: https://postimg.cc/image/xisoilxzb/
Let us know for anything.Best regards!
