I try clicking on either the blue edit button, or the text “LOGO”, and neither bring anything up to change the logo file. Nothing happens when I click them.

Update – Solved, it was because I was in the single page editor.  For some reason the full editor was not loading for me.  Upon reinstall of theme it is now working.
