Text aligned vertically

  I use row full width, two columns: in one column a video that occupies the whole column, in the other column a block of text that I can not center vertically.
  
  ROW SETTINGS full height
  Equal Heigt = YES
  Padding Top and Bottom = 0
  
  COLUMN SETTINGS (where text inside)
  Centered Content Vertical = YES
  in DESIGN OPTIONS I use 40px padding
  
  TEXT BLOCK with text and default settings
  I would like a result like this

  right hand full video column, vertically centered text left column.

  I removed the padding in the Column options. I set margin instead and i added this css in the page’s custom css:
  
  .vc_col-sm-6.wpb_column.column_container.with_padding { width: 45% !important; } .wpb_column.centered_vertical .wpb_wrapper { top: 72% !important; }
