  Hello. I have some problems with Redux Settings:

  The error message Redux presents it in the backend of the homepage, where there is also another problem, with Layer Slider: for example, the last slide is “AISPT – Home Page – NEWS – 2017 12 01” [layerslider id = “home-page-news”] but in the page, backend, GENERAL SETTINGS \ SLIDER OPTIONS \ the name is wrong, does not match, but the slide is right … I do not understand, I’m quite confused …
  
  I have problems with the server manager, says it does not depend on the server, while it probably depends on the hypostations he made, wrong or incomplete, I do not know … If you privately provide access, you would be so kind to enter and on the server to check for problems that cause both the Redux error and the confusion in the Layer Slider management?   Hello,
  
  You have very old theme and plugins versions. You need to update first! It’s very important for the sit eto run ok and be secure.
  
  To update theme, go to your Envato > Downloads and download theme again, lik eyou did the first time.
  -Unzip the main file and extract theme folder.
  -Upload it into your wp-content/themes folder. Rename the current theme folder in case you have made any changes to it.
  -Go back to wordpress dashboard > Appearance > Themes. Activate the new copy.
  Now you will be able to see a message in the dashboard requiring you to update included plugins. Follow the instructions and update every plugin.

  Hello,
  
  This is the normal update process. The update only replaces theme files and plugins with the updates versions, but it does not affect the content and settings. These are stored in the database.
  I checked the backend and the warnings are not present anymore: https://postimg.cc/image/fnmmsjgct/
  And the Layerslider is showing in the site.
  Are you referring to the update notification? You updated theme from an older version, but the latest theme update was done in 26 January 2018. A newer version of the slider has been released since. However the included version is tested and fully compatible with theme.

  You repeat three times. The connection is stable. I have disabled the plugins but nothing has changed. Use only 3 active plugins: Wordfence Security, WP Retina 2x and WPBakery Page Builder. I have three licenses for Tower and the error occurs on all three backends.
  
  I ask your support for the ultimate solution to avoid the Redux Framework error every time. Apparently it does not change much, in reality I do not have full control of the Tower panel (for example I can no longer write in custom css).
  
  Could it be a problem of server management (permissions, closed doors for security etc.)?

  Problem solved with the provider, had enabled filters that prevented updates. Best regards. Bruno
