Working my site here my menu doesn’t always pop to top as it should. Sometimes I get a black bar above. Its like my menu bar is dropping down on load. How to fix?

Hi. I got the issue fixed. Thanks. Seems when I put the menu on “sticky” it would show (2) menus on the main page – one blank, the other sitting direct beneath the first. Taking off “sticky” the issue resolved itself.
