There is a white background for the main header row and the chosen font color is a dark grey, with orange upon hover. The only page in which it appears correctly is “Insights Methodology” – the home page, about page, and contact page all display the menu item text as white with no hover color.
Note – the menu style is also correct on blog posts and portfolio item posts.
