WordPress Theme Error

  <span style=”color: #666666; font-family: ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: #fafafa;”>Hi, I have tried installing the theme both ways i.e. WordPress theme zip file and downloading the full file and extracting the theme zip file. Both come up with the error that the link I followed has expired? How do I fix this</span>

  This error is caused by the uploading the wrong zip file.
  
  if you are going to install it manualy you have to upload the folie folder after unzip it.
