Black bar above the header

  Hello,
  
  I got a unwanted black bar above my header after editing my header. I’ve tried solve it myself and did this but it didn’t work for my problem.

  Please add this code into your Customize > General > Custom Codes > Custom Css menu:
  
  div#wrapper { margin-top: -65px; }

  Thanks it worked! Can I use the following code to fix the bar I get from editing the footer?

  Hello,
  
  The #wrapper id includes the entire area of your page’s content. Including header and footer. Yes, you can use that for footer too. I see the site looks great now: https://postimg.cc/image/vta5pr4jb/
