My apologizes if this is a double post but I believe the other didn’t go through and it was not in Handel forum. I purchased this theme due to the “200 content blocks”, yet I have no content blocks. When I am in the builder, I click on the little handle in lower left corner of section, but when I go to content blocks there are 0 of them. I also cannot edit the front page slide show at all and am getting pretty frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Quick update, just figured out how to change slideshow, I was no clicking on the little “row” popup, but I got it now. I still have no content blocks though which was the main reason I bought this theme as I am not too experienced with website building. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Ok I uploaded my WordPress login and connected an FTP account. It says it is connected on FileZilla but I feel like its not working. I could also try giving my Cpanel login maybe to access the files? I feel like I may be better off just redownloading the theme.
Is there any way I can just get a refund? I need the site up and running now and have had to use a different theme as I don’t have time to wait for it. I’m sorry if this is inconvenient but I spent money on this and it doesn’t work at the moment and I have had to spend money on something else to make up for it so if I could get a refund I would highly appreciate it. Thank you.
