Media Link Problem

  Hi,
  
  In a text bloc, when I add a media and want to link it to another website, I have a problem:
  
  I enter the website link, with a target blank, and when I publish, it links to a 404 page with
  
  the address : http://www.mydomain.com/pagename/www.websiteiwantedtolink.com ?
  
  Any idea for this trouble?

  Please add the full link. I should be like this: https://www.google.al/ , Not this: http://www.google.al
