Hello,
Please deactivate all third party plugins and then update theme. Activate the parent theme after having it updated (even if you have the latest version already installed, the update will make sure to overwrite any corrupted file).
Let us know how it goes.
Best regards!

I followed your instructions and now my pages are blank. If I go to edit them I see content in the builder.

I contacted my host, here is what we went through:
Ok, it looks like the plugin Codeless builder might not be working correctly using EA4 Server. You might have to get more info from the plugin developer on this and see if they know of changes that can be made to fix these errors. I can scan the log files to see if anything is showing in there that might indicate what the issue is.
Well I so far I am not seeing any errors in the Apache/PHP logs. I do see that the plugin is not working properly on the site though. Have you tried to disable the plugin and then reenable or see if there is a update for the plugin?
Well am not seeing the errors that were displaying on the page now. But page seems to be mostly empty, which I am not sure if that is how it should be or not
Ok, let me see if the PHP version can be adjusted to better suit the plugin.
Well I have tried a few different PHP versions but that does not seem to make any difference on the site.
Well since the plugin does not seem to like the new Easy Apache version you are going to want to see if you can reach out to the plugin developer and see if they are aware of this and know of any changes that can be made on our end to have their plugin work properly. Or if they are not aware of anything you might want to get a WordPress/PHP developer to take a look to see if they can fix the issue with the plugin.

Hello,
This exceeds the support reach, so i am forwarding your topic to the theme developer (also the plugin’s developer). So he can check on this and guide you further.
Best regards!

Hello,
Sorry for the delay ! We notice that the issue you have was caused by the Codeless Visual Composer plugin. As i see you have installed the new version Wpbakery Visual Composer and this have caused the issue. We use a modified version of it and integrate on June.
Now i have deleted the new version and installed ours. Everything now works fine.
Let us know.
Best Regards!

Hello,
You can install the included version of the plugin anytime. Just delete the current one and then go to dashboard. You will see the message asking to install required plugins. Follow the instructions and that’s it.
Let us know.
Best regards!
