Hi There,
I have just recently purchased the June theme and upon upload, I do not have any of the pre built content available to myself. I have deleted all plugins, deleted the theme, re-uploaded it and still nothing. Also in the page builder, you guys make it look so easy, however, I’m assuming its because of the upload error within the theme, I can not customise basically anything.
I didn’t pay $90 AUD for a theme not to work from the start.
Please assist ASAP as I’ve waited so much time already trying theme after theme and then to pay a premium for your to run into errors straight of the bat.

I am having the same issues and I have a deadline to make with my client and still no one responded on this problem

Let’s hope for the both of us they get back to us! Im over my deadline already by 2 weeks. I thought deleting everything and purchasing a premium theme that is meant to be easy from the get-go would be the smart idea… So far it’s still yet to be proven the smart move.

I purchase themes all the time and never had any issues but this is the first time purchasing from this provider and so far I am disappointed because I will be late for my deadline because of this unnecessary holdback and I am never late with a clients deadline.

I just found this on their theme being sold through EnvatoMarket.

Provide “limited support”… great to know that a premium theme gets you little to no support through these guys.

They should still offer support if what we purchase isn’t uploading. If they don’t respond I’m reporting them and see how to get a return because this is nonsense. I have to sit here however long and no respond and my deadline for this site is Friday

@XPLCIT did you import any dummy data after installing theme? To have the dummy content and later edit it out, you need to import a demo first.
Theme is divided in three autonomous setup sections. The main content -> Setup wizard (screenshot), Header setup wizard (screenshot) and Footer setup wizard (screenshot).
So if later on, you decide to change the header or footer, you can import one of the available styles in a minute! Without needing to import an entire demo from scratch.If you want, we can set it up for you. Just add some valid wp credentials in your profile data. Read this article for more information.

Hi There,
I have completed all the steps required and as to the screenshot images for the header and footer, these steps were also completed. I am also having an issue of ANY content that I edit and save, If & when I leave the editing page to view the home page “live” so to speak or to view the edits I have made, the content deletes itself and is no longer visible and No matter how many times I re-do the work, it is never there. Your theme is really starting to get on my nerves and It is waisting hours and hours and hours of my time. Your prompt reply and prompt fixing will be much of great help.

@XPLCIT, since you had not added a link to your site, i assumed the domain in the email, was the site. Sorry for misunderstanding.-When i wrote “save changes first” i wasn’t implying anything offensive, but just making sure to check all facts. I need to know as much as possible so i can debug the issue.
-Also the temp-user provided does not have enough rights. Please grand it admin rights so we can properly check on this and find the reason of why you can not save your work.

Sorry for the delay.
Looks like the shortcodes have been damaged. Please use one of the builders. Either Codeless Builder or Visual Composer.
These are very different builders and can not be used in the same time.
I deactivated the Visual Composer for now.So now, you either create new pages from scratch. or reupload one of the dummy data demos.

The issue still seems to be present.
Another 2 weeks have now passed, this is NOT quick support by any means.
I have requested so many time for this to be fixed and or if you guys can ACTUALLY assist me but yet, you cant. I want a FULL REFUND! you guys have not helped me at all nor fixed the issue. There is also another issue where the numbers 3619 displays on a page below the header and I can not get rid of it. You theme DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!
I even requested a quote from your company to complete the website for me and yet I have not received a reply.
Please process a complete refund ASAP.

We are sorry you feel this way. The ticket was delayed more because of others replying in it and thus moving it up (we reply to topics according to their arrival time, the oldest first).
Were did you contact us for the quote? I checked with my colleges but there is no email nor chat from this user.Did you use only one builder and still got the issue? I see you have active another theme now. Of course i can help set up the demo. Just activate June again and let me know.
After this, if you still feel like wanting a refund, we will let you know the steps to take. But first, please allow us to help!

I emailed you guys directly. And as for allowing you to help. I have been ASKING FOR HELP!!!!! I have also stipulated in previous replies for you guys to assist / set up the demo / arrange the layout etc. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting!
I Still have the EXACT same issues from the very start of this conversation thread! I have also asked for you to email me directly and YOU HAVE NOT DONE THAT EITHER!
I will give you one more chance. that’s it, You also have 1 day or you will be refunding me ASAP for the complete and utter muck around, delays and non-customer service I have received from your company.
I contacted you 15 days ago and yet, nothing has been done as per my requests and the theme not working.
Yes, I activated a different theme and builder because yours is absolute garbage.
The log in you have has ADMIN rights, im not touching a single thing. You can go in and re-install / active what you require and do me a favour please, TEST THE BLOODY THING FIRST before telling me that it’s fixed when it’s not.
