I hope you are only kidding?! It works very good? Are you living in a paralell universe where “it works very good”? Maybe check it in IE (not Chrome or Edge) and not on a local host and then it won’t “work very good”.
Deactivate the animation? Really? This is supposed to be the world quality support? This is what you call compatibility with IE?
And then what does remain from the template after deactivating the animation? That is the only impressive point in this awful template. And how to deactivate the animation, can you please tell me?
What theme version do you have? Please make sure it’s the latest version and the plugins as well.
The animation can cause sometimes conflict with some browsers and IE is the most problematic one.
To deactivate it, go to Customize > General > Page Transitions > On/Off Page Transitions, set it OFF.
Problem is with the codeless-main.js –> this script is written by codeless and it runs to error.
Let me highlight it again: the problem is that your them is not compatible with IE!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s not me or some wrong settings.
Will you release an update that fixes this bug or you won’t? This is the only question I have and this is the only solution, I guess. But correct me if I’m wrong.
