Padding between top rows

  I am having exactly the same issue as https://support.codeless.co/?topic=padding-between-rows
  
  Neither of the solutions provided works for me. I have tried the row settings, and custom css.

  Sadly, the coding has not worked. Whilst it reduced the space where shown above, it also reduced the space between all elements on my home page.
  
  I have had to remove this so I am back to the start.
  
  Please advise

  Please edit the rows settings on the section ‘Local Publishing are here ….’
  Select In container type and remove the image also the background color. It should remove the margin bottom of the element.
