  1. After installing the Picante theme, there is no area to register my purchase in WP.
  
  2. Using setup wizard will not install all demo components
  
  3. my home page is set to blog page
  
  4. The footer and header wizards do not work
  
  5. Your documentation is not matching exactly after the Picante theme is installed

  Hello,
  
  1-You do not need to register theme to use it;
  2-Which demo did you import? What is missing?
  3-Go to Settings > Reading, set up home page and blog page here;
  4-Did you try importing a different header or footer, than the one of the main demo? Can you post some credentials in your profile data? Read this article for more information. What demo did you import?

  I imported UMAMI
  
  Under Settings > Reading > Home and Home 1 look the same and will not load everything.

  Nevermind, please do this:
  
  1. update the linked file, please rename file to content_1.xml and than replace file on includes/codeless_demos_content/blog/content_1.xml
  2. then re-install the demo, but please make a fresh install it’s better. This will make your site cleaner.
  
  This works if you need the blog demo, if you need any other demo, they will work as expected.

  your instruction does not make sense. What linked file? and there is no includes/codeless_demos_content/blog/content_1.xml any where to find on the ftp.
  
  The FTP works. You need to use SFTP with port 22 and the user name and password I provided in my profile.

  But it will not load everything. I set the Home Page to Blog but the slider and all demo posts are missing on the page. Dont you look at it before to see if all is working ?
  
  You said you are going to help to install it. But all you did was just copy a file?
  
  Please can you make sure that the UMAMI page is setup correctly like the demo?

  I did reload all the files from scratch for picante and picante child but it will not load the demo page exactly like the https://codeless.co/picante/blog/.
  
  Also full width page will not load like this demo either >> https://codeless.co/picante/blog/?page_id=162
  
  If you need to you can remove everything and please load the theme with child theme from scratch to make sure all is loaded like the UMAMI theme.

  Your system will not allow to attach pictures. In the source area I can not browse to the pictures that I want to attach. Everything in your system is difficult to work on just like your template. It is a drag to find and change/edit the demo page and your documentation is not explaining the Codeless theme at all on how it works…!?!?!
  
  1. On the home page the lower section where it says no posts found does not look like the demo page where the individual posts are listed next to each other with social media links.
  
  2. the WPBakery options and selections all are missing. It says that there is no license.
  I would rather work with WPBakery since it is easier.
  
  3. the shop page does not look like demo page at all.
  
  I am about to return this stupid template since it is soooo difficult and the documentation is not related to the template usage and template editing at all.

  -You can send us screenshots using any free image sharing service. Such as https://postimages.org/ https://imgbb.com/login etc. Send us the link of the screenshot.
  1-The element calls the posts and lists them out in the homepage. If you do not have any post created, the “no posts found” message will show up. Please add some posts first.
  
  2-We have purchased extended licenses for all included plugins. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use them, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu. This is enough to use the sliders normally. There is no need to activate it in the slider’s options.
  
  The only restriction of this type of licence is that you can not update it on your own terms.
  The rules of the marketplace don’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in almost every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version.
  
  If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
  You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.
  
  -However, i do see the Visual Composer is showing all elements correctly. See screenshot:

  3-I see the shop page is showing products correctly. What do you want to change here? Please know that every demo online is created from the very same theme options. So you can create every look you see.
  Let me know how you want it so i can help you by customizing it directly.
  
  PS: I see there are errors showing up in your dashboard (screenshot). In order to exclude any third party plugin conflict with theme features, we recommend you either check this up or remove the plugin.
