Hello Support,
I understand that running a business is hard. In your line of business you have customer like my self asking for support. The problem is I have a business, I need my customer to understand what my business is about.
This is why I have a web-site. My problem is I’m not getting the proper support why? Why do I get short answer ? or no answer at all. I asked a question a Month or so ago and I got no reply. This is hurting my company.
How can I get better support ? Your asking customer like my self to buy your products and services. I can’t get the proper support why

Please know that we are located in Europe (UTC +1) and the official support time is Monday to Friday, 9:00AM-17:00PM. We are trying to respond to all customers following the arrival time as priority (oldest first).
