It keeps saying that I need to install the Codeless Visual Composer Backend plugin.
But when I click on intall the plugin I get an error saying that it failed cause the destination already exists <span style=”background-color: #f1f1f1; color: #444444; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, ‘Segoe UI’, Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, ‘Helvetica Neue’, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;”>/customers/1/4/9/beerlivery.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/</span>
Then Why does it keep telling me that I need to install the plugin if it already exists? Or why can’t I install it?
Hello,
The message says the folder already exists. You can check it directly in wp-content/plugins folder in your wordpress installation. Use a ftp account to access it.
Delete the “js_composer” folder and try installing again. So you are sure you have the version of the plugin that is included in theme.
Let me know.
Best regards!
