You must have set up transparent header. Please go to Customize > Page Options > Header Over Content (Transparent), set the transparency OFF. (screenshot)

I checked the settings and for some reason your site is not recognizing the changes. This could be due to a conflicting third party plugin or some corrupted script. I think this will be solved with a theme update. But for now i fixed it with a little css.
I added this code in Customize > Additional Css menu:

.header_container.cl-transparent {
    position: relative !important;
}
.admin-bar .header_container.cl-transparent, .admin-bar .header_container.cl-header-sticky-ready {top:0 !important;}

It’s ok now. Please check your site.
