Connect speakers photo to CV

  I have created the speaker’s profiles but couldn’t find a way to connect Cvs to speakers picture in the home page.
  
  I have tried to add CV to description section in the team member page and tried to add team member link as custom link ( https://painsessions.anaesthesia.lk/staff/professor-dr-ravinder-kumar-pandey/)but it has given 404 error.
  
  Then i tried to create separate WordPress page ( https://painsessions.anaesthesia.lk/professor-dr-ravinder-kumar-pandey/) and add it as a coustome link in the team member page but after clicking the link new page is open but we can’t go back to other homepage links in the navigation menu . When clikc the navigation menu from the new page it look like this “https://painsessions.anaesthesia.lk/professor-dr-ravinder-kumar-pandey/#programme” so programme link not working.
  
  please help to fix this issue . As our site is already open need a quick reply from you

  Please try to change the menu link from #programme to https://painsessions.anaesthesia.lk/#programme
  
  This will resolve your issue.
  
  The about the staff member description and not functional link you have to reset the permalink settings. Settings> Reading change the Permalink to default click save and change again to the old option.
