The Specular Theme’s button “CL” insert shortcode does not work when I select “blockquote.” It work two years ago, but not now.

It used to open a popup window that allowed me to select some features (like color), and then it would put the code on my page. Here’s an example of code it placed in older webpage: [blockquote background=”#f9f9f9;”] my text [/blockquote]
