When i use a google font is there an error in the chrome browser console:

Where can i set the url https://fonts.googleapis.com/… > https://fonts.googleapis.com/… ?

Please let us know which version of the theme have you installed ?
Please can you send to me your online link so i can find in which part of website it was loaded.
You can also use Velvet Blues Update URLs plugin to replace some http and https:
Try to write replace http into //
