Yes, revolution slider is included in theme package. You can install the included version and activate it from Plugins menu just like any other plugin.

**We have purchased extended licenses for all included plugins. This means they can be used by any one purchasing our theme as long as they use the version included in theme folder. To use them, just install plugin from Plugins menu and activate again from the Plugins menu. This is enough to use the sliders normally. There is no need to activate it in the slider’s options.

The only restriction of this type of licence is that you can not update it on your own terms.
The rules of the marketplace don’t allow us to give the plugin activation code. You can use the existing version without any problem. We update frequently all theme plugins to their latest versions in almost every theme release or in case when an urgent update is needed. So they are always fully compatible with the current theme version.

If you want to buy a license by yourself this is allowed, but we thought that this isn’t needed because the version included works perfectly.
You are free to make the choice that best fits your needs.

You have selected the Revolution slider but there are no sliders available! You need to create a revolution slider first, or import it. Then chose that to show up in the page. I imported one of the demo sliders already.

1-Just create a new slider and add it only one slide! Then assign this one-slide slider to the page’s you want to have this layout.
Note: you can consider using the page header feature in the pages you need only one slide.

2-Add this code into your custom css box:

.single #comments {
    display: none;
}

    display: none;
}

3-The “Read More” text is located in all files inside the specular\includes\view\blog\ folder.
But you can use the pot file (specular\lang\) to translate it. Check this article for more information:

4-Please go to file vc_templates/staff.php and find this line:
$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_excerpt(), 25).'</p>';
Increase the value 25 to your wish.

5-The mobile menu is set up by default. The main menu you already have, will transform in mobile hamburger menu to fit the new screen dimensions. What do need to change here?

Update it manually. Go to your Envato account, under Downloads, download theme again. The latest version is available.

Unzip the main file and extract theme folder. Go to wp-content/themes folder in your wordpress installation. Use a ftp account or cpanel to access it. And replace the current theme files with the new version.
Go back to wordpress dashboard. If you see any notice to update plugins, follow the instructions and update all included in theme, plugins.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

NOTE: if you have made any direct changes to theme files, make sure to save a backup of them! Because the update will overwrite all theme files (not the settings*) and thus all changes will be lost.
