Hi I seem to have having a few issue with these theme
I didn’t load demo data as it was a redsign of exisitng website
– some my page content are appearing full screen, I can’t find the setting to change this. Some of the pages are OK. I am haveing to put a margin on the JS composer row table which looks bad on mobile view
The first two issues I’m having seem to be a conflict between using your customisation and JS composer.
The pages I haven’t changed seem OK, but the pages I edit using JS composer, lose the natural page margin and page title. If I then edit anything in your Appearance – customisation it deletes all content made with JS composer.
How do I get around this please as it has made the website a mess?
You should not use both composers in the same time (page). Use either one of them to add content to a page!
Codeless Builder is theme’s main composer. Theme is created entirely with Codeless Builder. So if you want to have the look of the demos, you need to use only Codeless Builder. By accessing Customize Page & Options, you are accessing Codeless Builder and therefore all VC shortcodes will not be recognized anymore. The same goes for VC.
Wp Bakery Visual Composer is an additional composer included in theme for customers who are more comfortable with it.
If you choose to use VC, you can not use CB. Just use one of them and you’ll be good.
I’m happy to just us JS composer, however I have to go into the appearance customisation to change various aspects of the main template and styling which then overwrites and deletes content of the pages.
However just using JS composer, it doesn’t add any page margins and the content goes to the edges unless you add the above CL tags around, or add individual row margins to each JSc row which also applies on mobiles.
I have also changed the blog layout as the masonry one doesn’t display right on mobiles.
Your content is disappeared after click on save because you have some of shortcodes not closed appropriately. So please send to us your wp credentials and online so we can login and fix this issue.
