Issues with margins when loading site

  My site loads with no margins over and under the blocks on my site. When I adjust the browser width they pop back to the correct margins. Any ideas what could be wrong here?

  Lets find what cause this issue. First of all i recommend you to update the theme and the new visual composer that comes with the new version of the theme.
  
  After that check this again. If the problem persist please send to us your wp credentials through your profile details or send to us the screenshot on how you have centered the text in the column.
