I couldn’t get the YITH filtration plugin to work so I installed another one from Themify- Woocommerce Product Filter. That one didn’t work either. Nothing happens when I put the filtration on. I hope you can help me fix this.
I have contacted the support for the plugin and they say this:
<span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>There is JS/CSS issue with the theme. Please see this test page: </span>https://www.beerlivery.dk/<wbr />test/<span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>. If you select the product filter, you will see the product results showing empty product items below: </span>https://cl.ly/<wbr />049ff89a601b
<div style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”></div>
<div style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>It seems like a theme issue because the product filter is working, but the theme css has opacity:0, so it renders invisible.</div> -
Hello,
I remember that i had configured the colors or something at your websites with YITH and seems it work.
1. We support only the YITH plugin for this purpose. Now you have to know that YITH filters works exclusively on Shop Page and Category page. In case you try to activate it in other pages with shortcodes it doesn’t work.
2. Configure properly the Widget with the YITH product filter on the Appearance > Widgets.
3. You have to set the product variables so you can filter in base of those variables.
We will help you to configure the filter with YITH plugin only. We doesn’t support third party plugins.
In case you can’t make it work first check this tutorial: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter/free-settings/yith-woocommerce-ajax-reset-filter/
If you still have issue on configuring the filters let us know.
Best Regards!
