Can't install demo transport (Installation failed: Error: Menu can't installed

  Today i’ve set up my transport demo with v1.1.1 and a child theme(v.1.0.0). I’ve experienced serveral issues with my customizer v.1.1.1 so I activated a different theme so I could delete my old version and installed v1.2.1 and child theme v.1.0.0.
  
  Then I tried to install the transport demo, but about halfway through the installation it gives an error: Menu can’t installed. I’ve tried install serveral times, also deleted the menu’s because the installation kept on adding pages to the same menu’s.
  
  Now i only see a white screen.

  can you be more specific?
  
  By new installation, do you mean:
  
  me reinstalling the theme, or
  
  just a clean WordPress installation and support will install the theme and demo?

  I just reinstalled a clean WordPress, with clean database. I am awaiting further instructions.

  It’s all messed up again. OMG. I installed the child theme but it got really crazy!! Then I quickly deactivated the child theme. Now everything has white screen again. This really sucks.

  Hello,
  
  I really don’t know why you have such problems with Child Theme. Please try to use original theme instead. If you want to add some extra css please go to Customizer > Extra Css.
