  Why does this “May we suggest” pop up keep occurring whenever I load the page, and what can I do to get rid of it?

  This is caused by Wp Rocket plugin that maybe you use with cloudflare. Check the plugin option to remove this message.
  
  The message doesn’t comes from the theme itself.
