Hello,
I’d like to switch my menu to https://codeless.co/specular/default/
However, the mobile (burger) menu keeps on showing on desktop, whatever I change in the Header Options settings.
Can you help me get rid of this?

You can change the type of the header into Specular > Header Options > Header Style. Select Simple Style.
If you mean to remove the extra navigation hamburger menu in the right: Specular > Layout > Extra Side Navigation > Switch it Off
