 I recommend you to install the Jetpack plugin that is free and offer a free cdn service.
 The only slow speed of the website is caused by the size of the images.
 The images size need to be lower than 100kb. Some of the images above are more than 1MB.
 I recommend you also to install w3total cache plugin.

 Also optimized all images to MAX 100 kb.

 Hello,
 
 Did you perform all steps suggested in the articles i send you last time? Other actions you can perform are: delete any unused pages/posts, keep only necessary plugins and delete the one’s deactive.
 The image thumbnails in the portfolio are resized and cropped according to the image original aspect ratio. you can change the resizing by setting up image sizes in Codeless > Image Size. This will make sure all images are cropped the same size.
 
 Regenerate thumbnails, or import images again after saving changes.

 Now thumbs are all squared: i need it mansonry but i can’t change cause the preview in editor it’s ok, when i publish it nothing change.
 
 Ok the main problem it’s i can’t use the editor:

 I restored the demo content.
 
 I’m trying to change the look from grid to masonry: the preview is ok but publishing remains the grid version.
 
 please can you tell me what should I change to get the masonry version of the portfolio?

 Please check it out.
 
 I have disabled one of the third party plugins that maybe is miss-configured. Your hosting seems to be very weak check your memory settings because i see that the mysql server goes down sometimes. This also cause the slowdown of your site.
