I checked the files and they look ok. Can you please try this: activate parent theme and check again. I suspect the child theme is the one causing this.
Can you please explain how to do this? There is no option to update the theme in the dashboard and the one we’ve downloaded and in our theme forest account is 2.3 ….

So I’ve redownloaded your theme files from envato – I delted the theme and reinstalled it.
No my codeless builder is indeed BROKEN. Whenever i click on anything in the builder none of my sidebar options are popping up. I can not change image, link things etc.
What a disaster!!!! :(
I don’t know what to do to fix this and we need to go live like tomorrow.
Any advice? I need to roll our site back now to hopefully have somewhat of a chance to show my client.
Try this way:
1-unzip the file you downloaded from Envato; Extract theme folder;
2-open wp-content/themes folder using a ftp account; rename the current theme folder (example: folie-old);
3-upload the new version;
4-go back to wordpress dashboard, check if there are notification on the screen for plugins updates. If there are, continue to update plugins(like in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/JRGvmGS).
