hello on my site when you create a new page just dont add anything and update it than it will show page title and breadcrumbs asap you add content and update the page the page title and breadcrumbs go missing..
as i more tested seems the issue is coming from visual builder from wp bakery when the page is in wordpress editor u can add any content both page title and breadcrumbs will show and asap u switch the page backend editor to wp bakery and add text block and update the page the page title and breadcrumbs goes away.
