Empty Media

  Hi,
  I’m trying to update from Folie 2.2 to the latest (2.5.1).
  Everyting appear to be fine, but when I try to edit a previusly created page with WPBakery, the media element is empty.
  I tried set again the image, but after saving it’s empty again.
  How can I fix-it?

  Yes, we have also found this issue. You have to set the background image again and click on save.
  
  In this case i recommend you to use the Codeless Builder to add the background image.
  
  The new update that we will launch this week with a new improved WpBakery Visual Composer and with all element in Content Blocks. So you can create and add any block or sections that you see on any demo with a click.

  I have update to the newest version (2.5.2) and the problem seems to be fixed.
  Sadly this new update bring a new problem: if I try to accede to appearance > customize; I get “Internal Server Error”.
  But if I switch to Twenty Nineteen the page is working.

  Did you update the included plugins too? If not, please update plugins as well. Is very important. See this article for more instructions:

  Yes, I have updated the included plugins.
  I have a local server (MAMP PRO) to stage the update and test if nothing is broken before update in production.
  It’s appear this problem is only in stage, while in production works fine.
  So, it’s strange, but not a big deal.

  If you have 2.5.2 please update the theme to the 2.5.3. The previous version have an important bug with the Codeless builder.
