I have installed the demo but seems there is an relative path issue with your server that i can’t debug.
Did you have access to the server logs ? So i can find out what cause this issue.

Le statu serveur étant opérationnel je ne comprend pas pourquoi je ne peux importé la démo comme prévu avec ce thème? Une page Erreur 404 s’affiche au lieu de me donne le choix entre plusieurs mise en page?
There is only a thing we can do to identify what cause your issue with Ajax relative path, access the access and error logs.
Fill your profile details with your ftp creds so we can investigate in this logs to find what is the cause.
Otherwise you have to check yourself or contact your hosting administrator to give the logs.
