Hi there,
I’m trying to get some services to show up like the construction demo but I’m not being able to achieve this can someone point me in the right direction or import the demo ones?
I would, if this is not possible, consider starting from the demo content. Is it possible to load this after I have started?

You have to add the element called services. There you have the option to customize the services.
Please try to use Codeless Builder that can be accessed through Appearances > Customize.

Yes, sure.
You can set up the row to have 3 columns. Than add one service in each column. Example:
