We used the codeless editor in combination with the foil theme for a year. Since this week after a change in the codeless editor or a change in the layout, the publish/upload button remains disabled. Even if we enable the button(whit the inspection option inside the browser). and press the button then there is nothing changed.
We have just tested the Builder and the Customizr and works perfectly on the WordPress version 5.1.1. So as we see this isn’t a problem related with the theme itself.
Please try to disable and third-party plugin (plugins that not comes with theme package)
In case the issue persist, we need to access your WordPress Dashboard. Please send to us your wp creds and online link through your profile details so we can find the cause of this issue.
We’ve been checking some things, and we may have found the error.
Codeless Builder is installed ini HTTP WordPress but since we’ve moved to HTTPS (with an SSL certificate) it has problems.
Any ideas on how to fix this? This website is for our (completely voluntairy) festival and now we can’t change or update anything which is quite the problem…
The change in protocol does not affect the plugin if all urls are converted correctly. I suggest you use this plugin Velvet Blues Update Urls to properly convert them all.

Thank you for the Velvet Blues plugin, but we found out that this is not the issue.
It seems that the Kirki plugin is acting up. It cannot find several files on the server, but they are most definitely there. When we turn off the Kirki plugin the errors are gone, but Codeless builder is not working anymore. Kirki seems to be part of our Folie skin, when looking at the update logs of the skin Kirki is mentioned several times.
Two of theme’s required plugins were not active. The Meta Box and Customize Posts. I installed them and made a test in this page: https://zomerpop.nl/test-page/ I changed the text and added the portfolio. It all went very well. I had no issues saving changes.
