Syntax error, unexpected T_Function during theme installation

  Hey,
  
  i have the whole site shut down after theme installation. After installation and activation of Codeless-Builder the following error occurs on every site:
  
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /wp-content/plugins/codeless-builder/include/core/cl-post-meta.php on line 116
  
  Installation on wordpress 5.1.1
  
  I was going through the process of installing required and recommended plugins

  Your Codeless builder plugin seems to be a cause. Deleting it from /wp-content/plugins/ removed this error.
  
  Any thoughts on this?

  Hello,
  
  The Codeless Builder is the most important plugin of theme. You can not use it without it.
  Please add some wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check and find the real issue.

  I deactivated theme and kirki plugin by renaming the respective folders in wp-content. I was able to login to dashboard without the error showing up again. You have a message here requiring the update of PHP. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/wWQV5QV
  
  What PHP version do you have installed? Please update it in order for theme and other plugins to run properly. Ask your host about it. Check themes’ minimal requirements here: https://codeless.co/folie/documentation/main.html#requirements
