The portfolio item’s content is all created using Codeless Builder. Just open the portfolio item in Customizer and edit out the elements. Can i see a link of your site? I fail to find the “Similar works” you mention, on my side.
1-Sorry it’s not possible reorder portfolio items to your wish. They are sorted by default by their creation date. But you can add this functionality using a plugin. Check “Post Type Order“.
2-This is a block of content added using Codeless Builder. Just open the customizer and edit out the text like any other text in the site.
