How to make speed like your demo in folie – Parallax

  Hi,
  
  i see your page speed score in google page speed insight are 93 mobile and 98 desktop. How can I get those speed?
  
  I have already install demo folie parallax on eunoiarestaurant.id , but i got only score : 48 mobile and 78 desktop.
  
  What should I set in WP and my hosting to get those score? Thank you
