1)The front page shows the following:
The content of the red box in the home page, I can’t find it in the Customize.
How can I modify the contents of the red box?
2)Customize shows something like this:
If I delete one of the rows, it will all disappear.
How can I avoid such problems?
Thanks.

Hello,
1-That is content block you can find in page’s options panel. Just check in the left sidebar. This has been changed in later updates, so i can’t send you a screenshot. If you send us some wp credentials in a private reply, i can login and screenshot it to point it out.
In the latest update this content can be changed using the customizer elements.*We recommend to always keep theme up to date in order to avoid any issue or errors.
2-Please do update theme first and then proceed in updating all included plugins. let us know if you would still have these issues.
Best regards!

An error occurred after the upgrade:

I have solved this problem by overwriting the theme folder.

Hello,
Please deactivate all third party plugins and try again. i suspect one of them is messing with theme code.
Note: Please know the way to customize site general options and add element to a page has changed in later versions. From Appearance > Customize you can only edit main theme options & settings. For pages individually, you have to access the builder from page profile like in the screenshots.
Step 1- https://ibb.co/SnBZycs
Step 2- https://ibb.co/0McYwYTThe developers just separated theme’s main options from page’s options.
Best regards!

Customization can work.
I also have a question, how to add a product list content block like the category display page to the page.
The home page has such a product list before the upgrade, and now I can’t find it.
-
Hello,
You can add the shop element to achieve this. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/w4zHhm1
The exact look is set by default in the assigned shop page.Best regards!
-
When editing the default shop page, cannot add elements.
The elements below the load more button cannot be edited.

Hello,
Shop page assigned in woocommerce options, works like the posts page. Once you assign that template to the page (either set it up as blog page or set it up as shop page) then it will display the elements of that template(blog/shop).
That’s why you can no longer add elements to blog page or shop page. The content you are referring to is of a page and added as bottom content in the shop template. You can find it in Customize > Shop > Shop Page Archive > Shop Bottom Content. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/8YPP93Z
Either remove it here, or go to the specific page (Shop Bottom Content) and edit the content there.Best regards!

When I edit the Page, there is content, but when I edit it with CODELESS BUILDER, I can’t display the content.
What is the problem and what should be done.
Thanks.
-
Hello, is this problem being handled? If this problem cannot be solved, the follow-up work cannot continue.
Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply!
Please deactivate all third party plugins first. Let us know if you still have the issue after this.Best regards!
-
Please help me disable all third-party plugins because I don’t know what third-party plugins mean. CODELESS BUILDER won’t work when I disable all plugins.
Our website has not been officially launched yet, and the data I have backed up, so don’t worry when you operate.

Third party plugins are all plugins that did not came with theme. That are not included in theme package. A list of them can be found in theme’s profile in Themeforest. See here.
However, i have forwarded you ticket to theme developer for a more proffessional review. We will update you as soon as we can.
Best regards!

Our server is hosted in Google cloud, using SSH key authentication connection, you can provide an SSH key to me, I add it to the server SSH key list.

I have reloaded wordpress, everything starts from scratch.
But I protect the previous data for you to analyze the error.
https://sandbox.milonashop.com
So the error file also becomes https://sandbox.milonashop.com/nginx_error.log
I hope that you can analyze the real cause of the error to avoid encountering the same problem again.
Good luck.
-
Hello,
Did you have resolved the issue ? As i see from the logs the issue is caused by the nginx server.
Let us know.
Regards!
-
I have not solved this problem yet. I reinstalled WordPress, WooCommerce, June.
-
Hello,
This is a problem with your server as i see from logs. There is a miss-configuration.
If you try to install the theme in another server you will see that the problem will be fixed.
Let us know.

I still have a new theme installed on the original server (no new server, virtual host added).
The previous topic was an error during the upgrade process, then I removed the theme and reinstalled the theme. An error occurred after about a few days of use and could not be resolved.
