testimonials options not showing

  I am unable to adjust any settings on my testimonials. Only add the copy to the text window. The settings options below is blank. Also waiting to find out how to enlarge the logo on my mobile device view..and want to add pinterest to the social icon list.

  What theme version do you have? Can i see a link of the site? Please make sure to have the latest theme version (3.0) and all it’s included plugins updated. Deactivate any third arty plugin you may have installed and try again.
  If you still can not see the options, send us some wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check this close.

  The theme was downloaded yesterday and installed so I assume most recent.

  Yes, the theme is of the latest version. I made a test page and added all testimonials elements from Visual Composer. I see no issue here. See screenshots: https://ibb.co/7yYzZvv

  No that is not the issue, the issue is that I’m unable to edit anything on the testimonials custom post type. I’m unable to change titles and who knows what else because the box below the editor says testimonial options and it’s blank.

  Are the files not properly installed on the server to begin with – hence the 404 error not found? Can you check if they’re missing? The host said they cannot see anything on their end which is why it’s 404 error. I think something is broken on my files.

  Also for adding new social icons, can I pull that file into my child theme? I want to make sure the instructions factor in a child theme.

  If you have uploaded theme folder in wordpress themes or directly in the wp-content/themes folder, then all files are present. But you need to check server configuration for the access rights. If a user does not have all needed access rights, then some files may not be reached. This is server related, please consult your host first.
  
  Sorry you can not add this in a child theme. One of the files is a core files and can not be added in a child theme. (Not every wp file can be edited in child themes).
  Just proceed in making the changes in parent theme. We will add this in the next theme update so you won’t have to worry about redoing these changes again.

  This is what the host sent me..can u please resolve this on your end so we dont need this workaround:
  The issue with the links that you’re seeing in the dev console (such as https://nancydilts.flywheelsites.com/www/wp-content/themes/specular/admin/loader/extensions/metaboxes/extension_metaboxes.css?ver=1.4.2) is actually because of www that is being added after the domain and before /wp-content. The theme developer has used a vanilla PHP method to try to find the path to the site’s root. While this works on a lot of web hosts, it doesn’t work on Flywheel. Because of the file structure on Flywheel (and many other managed hosts) they need to update their code to use WordPress best practices. We have a workaround that we have put in place on the server to remove those extra /www/’s in the URLs and that should take care of it for now. Let us know if you see them anywhere else and just shoot us a screenshot and URL of the page so we can investigate more.

  Also when I try hovering over the arrows to scroll through testimonials, it isn’t working or letting me click. They don’t appear..just flicker fast and disappear.
