Hello,
Can you please be more specific? The category only had some html in the description box which i see is showing well. What do you want to show here?
Best regards!

On what basis are the products ordered?
to me they seem orderly in no particular order.
In backend, I have ordered the categories in this order
Monitor (therefore all monitor products)
Soft Starter
Soft Starte Inverter.Instead, in the attached page, the products are ordered in random order.

Hello,
The products are ordered based on the date of creation.
Best regards!
-
ok, i worked on the date: https://ibb.co/jy6cZcG
Sorting does not match what I see in the front end:

Hello,
Are you referring to the parent-child categories order of products? Sorry but what you’ve asked is not a default feature of theme/woocommerce and requires custom programming.
I can suggest you try using a plugin to do this.
Example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/#description
*Please know that this is a third party plugin, not tested from us.Best regards!
-
The problem is that the ordering seems causal.
I had already tried the suggested plugin, but the sorting seems blocked. -
Hello,
The ordering it is indeed casual. ordering categories in Category menu does not affect single products order. This is a feature dictated from Woocommerce. This requires custom coding to set up properly. If you still want to have it, send us an email at codeless.sol[at]gmail.com to request a quote.
Best regards!
