Shipping Cost Help

  I created this ticket last week yet it shows up nowhere on my profile, I need to know how to create 3 shipping options based the total amount of the cart. I have tried multiple times to get this to work and I cannot. Please advise ASAP.
  
  Under $100 is $7.90
  $100 to $150 is $14.00
  Over $150 is free

  This is a feature not available in standard Woocommerce. You can either add snippet codes to add the functionality or use a plugin for it.
