Write a Post as Portfolio via WordPress App?

  Our site is going to be used to display plated foods the husband creates. However, he’s not very versed in the ways of computers, the net, etc.
  
  I’m working on getting him to use the WordPress app, but it appears via the App, there isn’t a way to create a “Portfolio” post. Nor does there appear to be a way to set a blog post as a “portfolio” item.
  
  How can I do one or the other:
  
  Create a “portfolio” post via the WordPress app
  
  Set a blog post as a “Portfolio” item
  
  The site is: https://www.chefmckoi.com/
  
  Top two rows are the portfolio pages. The bottom two is the blog stream.
  
  I’m trying to take advantage of the “Portfolio” feature of this theme without having to login (nightly) via desktop to add a new item.

  First of, it is not possible to add posts using portfolio element. These are two different and independent features. Sorry but this is a wordpress related question. Not theme’s. I suggest you check out WordPress support forum or contact their support team for more.
